Privacy policy
Effective 20 October 2026. This policy explains how PGX Express Co., Ltd. (enterprise code 3703104103, 309 DT741, Group 1, Quarter 9, Phu Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), trading as PGX Sourcing, handles personal data. It is written to meet Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 91/2025/QH15) and its guiding decree.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the details of your sourcing request.
- Basic technical data from the website (country inferred from your connection) to prevent spam.
- Public information about your company (website, company registry, sanctions lists) that we check before introducing you to a supplier.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, find and vet suppliers, and follow your order (your consent, and steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To check sanctions lists and prevent fraud (legal obligation and protection of the parties).
- To keep records required by accounting and tax law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Suppliers you choose to be introduced to receive your company name and the product requirement; your contact details are shared only after you agree.
- Service providers that host and process data for us: database and website hosting, email delivery, and an AI assistant that helps read requests and draft replies. Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam (for example in Singapore or the United States). A person at PGX Sourcing reviews every request before any supplier is contacted.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Request and contact data are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer where accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to processing, by emailing sourcing@pgx.com.vn or messaging +84 963 233 341. We reply within the time limits set by law.
