Who pays us

The supplier pays us. Here is the exact rate, and why you still get the unedited truth.

We are a commission-based agent. Under a signed brokerage agreement, the factory pays us 5% of the FOB value up to USD 20,000 and 3% above that, with a minimum of USD 300 per order. Buyers pay nothing to us.

  • You always get the factory's name and direct contact. Nothing is hidden behind us.
  • You pay the factory directly. We never hold your money and never ask you for fees.
  • Inspection reports go to you unedited, including failed results.
  • The same rate for every factory, so we gain nothing by steering you to one of them.
  • Bank details never change by email. If you receive such a message, call us before paying.

Origin and compliance

Made in Vietnam, documented

  • We do not take orders for goods made elsewhere and repacked in Vietnam. Origin rules are enforced by importing countries, and transshipment carries heavy penalties.
  • Certificates of origin under Vietnam's trade agreements (EVFTA, CPTPP, RCEP and others) where your goods qualify.
  • Market rules checked before shortlisting: FDA facility registration for food in the US, EU pesticide residue limits, China's GACC registration for fresh fruit.
  • Since 24 July 2026 most Vietnamese goods entering the US carry an additional 12.5% Section 301 duty, with exclusions (coffee, tea and spices among them). We flag it in quotes; your customs broker confirms the final duty.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Why is it free for buyers?

Factories pay us a fixed, tiered commission when an order is signed and paid, under a brokerage agreement. The rate is the same for every factory, and we tell you what it is.

Do you hold my payment?

Never. You contract with the factory and pay its company bank account directly. If anyone emails you new bank details "from us", call us on WhatsApp before you pay.

Why only southern Vietnam?

Because we visit and inspect every factory ourselves. Keeping to the south means we can be on a factory floor within a day.

What order size makes sense?

For most categories, Vietnamese factories start at a few thousand US dollars per order; garments usually from 500–1,000 pieces per style; handicrafts often from 100–500 pieces per design.

Can I visit the factories?

Yes. We arrange and join visits in Ho Chi Minh City, the surrounding industrial provinces and the Mekong Delta.

Who checks quality?

We inspect before shipment using ISO 2859-1 sampling against the approved reference sample and send you the photo report unedited. You can also appoint your own inspection company.
